Below are some answers to commonly-asked questions:
I don’t have dial tone on my phone
- Unplug, from all phone jacks, everything you have plugged in these
phone jacks, including phones, faxes, computers, alarm systems, answering
machines etc.
- Choose a regular phone to test the line and plug it in to any jack.
- If you do not get dial tone try another jack and/or another phone.
I have a question about my voice mail
- Please refer to the basic

I don’t have Internet service
- Unplug the modem from the power outlet and the phone line, unplug/shut
off the
router (if applicable) and unplug the computer; wait half a minute.
- Plug the modem into a power outlet and phone line and look to see if
the modem indicator light is on solid. This means you have a connection to
the Internet.
- Plug in router (if applicable).
- Plug in computer.
My email is not working
- Contact the Help Desk (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) at
