Below are some answers to commonly-asked questions:

I don’t have dial tone on my phone

  1. Unplug, from all phone jacks, everything you have plugged in these phone jacks, including phones, faxes, computers, alarm systems, answering machines etc.
  2. Choose a regular phone to test the line and plug it in to any jack.
  3. If you do not get dial tone try another jack and/or another phone.

I have a question about my voice mail

  • Please refer to the basic link or enhanced/business link voice mail instructions on this web site.

I don’t have Internet service

  1. Unplug the modem from the power outlet and the phone line, unplug/shut off the router (if applicable) and unplug the computer; wait half a minute.
  2. Plug the modem into a power outlet and phone line and look to see if the modem indicator light is on solid. This means you have a connection to the Internet.
  3. Plug in router (if applicable).
  4. Plug in computer.

My email is not working
